The program they offer is as easy and straight forward as is possible. If you can use Word you can use this. I am in no way savvy on web software and managing our site through an outside company was difficult and frustrating. Changing pages, information, adding graphics or links took forever and it was frequently hard to get in contact with someone. Now I log on and do it myself and can see the changes instantly.
When I do need help I hear back within a day and changes, additions or deletions are done quickly with no interruption to the site.
