“I wanted to drop a line to you concerning WSI, Inc. and the service we have received.
First, we are not really computer literate but have been working with our software and programs since computers had floppy drives and were one step up from Pong. Finding someone creative and a company that KNOWS about the needs of a company can listen and then perform are just far and few between. We were of course dubious of having a company come in and do a site. Seems everyone I come across ‘does websites’. And people are usually disappointed.
We have been nothing but impressed with service, implementation and the can do attitude that you and WSI, Inc. has shown. We have had a problem or issue, you HAVE the solution. It is done in a timely fair manner.
You have met and in some instances exceeded our expectation. The prices have been fair and within our budget. We look forward to continuing our relationship and work with you for years to come.
Oh, and people who visit the site are nothing short of impressed. It opens quick, looks great and allows us to service the site and update and upgrade as our company evolves.
Quite honestly, I don’t know why someone would go anyplace else.
